Personally for FPS I use on the left stick "aggressive" setting, tune it to 2 out of 10 in the curve, and radial calculation. For the right stick I use "Controlled" setting, also 2 out of 10 in the curve, and also radial. With these settings I find myself having more control on the aim and more reactive on the movements.

All the UI and prompts on the screen are for a controller, but I'm on PC using m/kb. The inputs still all work the same but it's annoying that it keeps telling me to press X, B, A etc and the cursor is also different. Fixed it! The 2080ti is way more powerful than a 3060, he should have no problem in getting 60 fps, especially without raytracing. I’m no expert so just sharing what I see. this site clearly shows neither card is hitting 60 fps for cyberpunk 2077 unless you’re only using 1080p. Of course not, but with dlss everything change.
